Batch collect/offer

Batch Collecting from Artist or Collection

Tool access

In the gallery tool, you can batch collect from an artist or a collection. Simply enter the wallet address of the artist or the smart contract address, and you'll have two ways to batch collect using the tool.

Setup

If you want to make offers with oXTZ, you must first configure the tool to use oXTZ by going to the global settings page and switching the "Currency to use for OBJKT offers" to "Wrapped Tezos". When you do this, the tool verifies whether you have allowed OBJKT to spend your oXTZ. If not, you will need to validate a transaction that allows the OBJKT smart contract to spend your oXTZ (the same way the OBJKT website does it). If you have concerns about this transaction, you can go to the OBJKT website and make a manual offer on any artwork, and OBJKT will handle asking you to allow them to spend your oXTZ in the same way we do.

Be aware that the tool don't verify that you have oXTZ in your wallet, so you need to make sure you have enough wrapped tezos in your wallet to cover the offers you want to make otherwise Objkt will hide your offers until you add more oXTZ to your wallet.

Batch buy various artworks

When you batch collect, make sure that "No offers" and "Secondary offers" are active to see all artworks from the artist or collection. You can then add any artwork on sale to your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon. You can also make offers on any artwork (whether on sale or not) by entering the amount of Tezos you want to offer in the field below the artwork.

Once you have selected everything you want to buy and/or make offers on, validate the transaction by clicking the PURCHASE button at the top of the page.

Batch offer on collection

Since OBJKT currently lacks collection offers, you can emulate collection offers on any collection using this tool by setting up the same offer on each artwork in a collection. The tool helps you do this quickly and efficiently.

  1. Make sure to first activate oXTZ offers (see SETUP section above)

  2. Enter the collection smart contract address

  3. Make sure that "No offers" and "Secondary offers" are active to see all artworks from the collection

  4. In the "Batch offers on all artworks" field, enter the offer amount you want to make for each artwork in the collection and click the "Setup offers" button. This will set up offers on the first 50 available artworks in the collection

  5. Then click the "PURCHASE" button at the top of the page to validate the transaction

  6. If there are more than 50 artworks in the collection, once the transaction is validated, the tool will show a "SETUP NEXT BATCH" button that you must click to set up the next batch of 50 offers

Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you no longer see any artworks on the gallery page, which means you have set up an offer on all artworks.

If you want to change your offers later, you can use the same process, but make sure to activate "Replace current offer with different price" to replace your previous offers with the new ones.
